Organization isomorphism and the search for knowledge and its influence on innovative performance

This research sought to analyse the occurrence of organizational isomorphism and search for knowledge among companies participating in Local Productive Arrangement Confections Taquaral - GO, observing effects these elements on innovative performance arrangement. As a methodological path, exploratory descriptive nature is recognized. design, it understood as survey, using scale created by Zhang & Hu (2017). The practice imitation (organizational isomorphism) was observed, taking into account two types knowledge: exploitative. It found that there are institutional practices strategic actions cluster organizations have isomorphic characteristics, both coercive normative mimetics, individual also integrated formats. A framework developed demonstrated how influences (Exploratory Exploitative) which seen able innovate models materials through imitation, but innovation processes new technologies quite incipient, due technical financial incapacity.
